I guess I didn't post about our first appointment other than showing off our ultrasound photo so I'll update you on both!
First appointment-9 weeks:
Weight: 118 (pretty much can't get past this weight after I have babies...annoying)
We got to see the baby via ultrasound which was fun. It had a definite shape but not super baby-like...ha. Due date shows a Valentine's Day baby. We were also able to see the heartbeat, praise God!
Second appointment- 13 weeks:
Weight: 127...are you kidding me?! 8 pounds in a month? I'd better cut back on how much crap I've been eating. Ugh.
We got to hear the baby's heartbeat on the doppler today! Sweet music to our ears. Beating in the 150's although I have no clue what our other kids' heart rates were so I can't compare.
Monthly appointments are fairly uneventful but I always look forward to them. Even when I wasn't pregnant, I would tell Chris that I missed visiting my OB. She has delivered all 3 of our kids (which never happens) so I'm hoping she can deliver this baby too. Love her :)
