My Sweet Valentine's

Our Valentine's Day was relaxing. Can't beat that! Chris & I decided to go out for a Chinese lunch date rather than battling the evening crowds. We brought the kids along but it was still a lot of fun & very yummy.
The kids each had a V-day party at school & returned home armed with a ton of candy & cards. Mackenzie's class was instructed to make a V-day box or bag at home & it's a good thing that Chris is artistic because I don't have an artistic bone in my body. This is the final product...
Perry from Phineus & Ferb. My husbands favorite show. No, I'm not kidding.

Mackenzie states that hers was the best but there were also a few close competitors; The White House & a very cute puppy with fabric ears. I think my V-day bags were brown with a few stickers...hmmm.

My favorite part of this day was making their outfits(and the foot spa! thanks love!) I found some really cute heart fabric at Joann's & made Kenzie & Alyssa matching ruffle skirts. I also made Alyssa a heart applique shirt & a headband for Kenzie. Found Preston a super cute shirt at Old Navy that reads "The Ladies Love Me" :)

Happy Valentine's Day! xoxo
