Pumpkin Carving

Late last night we realized that we never got around to purchasing a large pumpkin for carving. I stopped by the grocery store to pick one up & found that the 4 they had left were rotten. Not to worry, grandma always has just what we need.
This morning the kiddos were anxiously waiting for Chris to start carving. The kids liked the mushy insides the most! Before carving the face, I convinced Chris to help me s~m~o~o~s~h Alyssa into the opening in the top so I could get a few pictues of how cute she looked naked in a pumpkin. She wasn't overly thrilled. We're heading out for pumpkin face pizza at grandma's & then to trick-or-treat for a bit. More pictures to come! Happy Halloween!
